I asked TER to have my "handle" removed and my posts removed when I was taking a break from the hobby. They deleted my TER name (handle) and they kept my reviews up, but under a different alias. That might be what you want. Just remember you'll lose your reviews and white-lists. Think long and hard about it.

If you get banned as a reviewer, will all your posts and reviews be removed?  Can a reviewer be simply delisted like a provider?  I am really looking to exit, and would like to disappear from here if it is possible.  I have asked TER once before about delisting, but did not get a clear answer.  Does anyone know if it is possible?

Delisting will get your reviews removed...reserved for say stalking SOs.

Banning is where ter judges you to have violated serious rules like stalking, outing an alias , etc and they decide to enforce the rule.

My 1st review ever here was by a man who was banned & it is no longer available.

Since all reviews and posts belong to TER, it is up to them whether they remove them or let them remain.

so no one really knows who you are.  Unless you tell them.  Or you've been outted in some way.  Say you were careless & your SO found your computer open & discovered your TER ID...  or installed spyware...  but if so, the linked reviews could already be recorded somewhere
