A provider I reviewed last year has retired from the game and asked me to take down the review. Any idea how to do this?

She needs to delist herself from this site, that should take care of it.  Someone tell if I'm wrong.

You can’t remove the review you wrote of her, but she can ask TER to delist her which removes her entire  profile from TER.
