Frequently used in Houston are the terms "NE, SE"usually right after DATY.  I'm perplexed by these.

Also, I can't figure out UTF, common on TBD/Denver.

UTF -- untranslated french, as surmised above

NE, SE -- Northern and Southern Exploration respectively.
