Can anyone tell me how to upgrade my membership through the website? I have tried to purchase through ibill and paypal but it doesn't seem to work. the i bill site always claims to be too busy. Every time I try to use paypal, I never get any message confirming that my information has been received. I have sent a message to technical support, but no one has contacted me.
