Go with TER reviews. Get a VIP membership beofore starting because that will allow you to check the review history of recent reviewers of providers that you have an interest in. Ladies quit the business, insure that you select ones that have reviews that are no older than three to five months.

Doing my homework on TER to find the best opportunity for the first experience. I've seen one agency with numerous positive reviews over a couple of years on the other board (edited)but, surprisingly none on TER, and there's a number of independents in my area that have good TER reviews, but usually not a lot, maybe three or four tops.  Which would the community recommend as having the least risk of LE?

TER is generally more accurate than other boards due to it's sophisticated screening. Other boards seem to allow anybody to say anything at any time with little or no checks and balances.
