with no reviews unless you want to "take one for the team" and roll the dice. I've done a few providers with no reviews and almost invariably they offer covered BJ and no second pop. The real value of these boards is that if you pick a well reviewed provider you will almost never have a truly bad experience or ripoff. TER is like a Zagat guide for escorts.
