as you probably are already aware of, many if not most providers are requesting references from other ladies you have recently been with, or ask for your employment information (work phone#, address, etc.). the reference, especially one from another known local provider, seems to have many positive benefits. although it can create a little gossip about you behind your back, and it can also really backfire if two providers are not on friendly terms and feel they are competing for your business.

my best experience when meeting with someone new has been to inquire about services, rates, or availability days in advance (usually by email if possible). then follow up with a phone call to schedule the actual appointment and set up any final details (also chat for a minute if she has time, just talk a little weather). by planning in advance, I have found that multiple contacts prior to our first meeting work really well on both sides, because we have worked out details, are more comfortable, and know exactly what to expect from each other.

additionally, when I meet a provider for the first time, I will usually try to remember to place my donation/gift envelope within the first few minutes, as soon as I am sure she is as advertised. now granted, none of this is a foolproof plan as LE can fake it all just as convincingly. I guess what I'm trying to get at is open, direct, and honest communication from the very beginning will set the tone and comfort level during your first encounter.

this was funny but so it went... once my life was too hectic to concentrate on the finer points of grooming and I confess that my doo had grown out into a mullet. Girls saw that and backed off. I was confused by the reaction but I started to pick up on they way they were staring at my hair that must have been sending the wrong signals. Live'n'learn. Now I think of a good haircut, not one of those hayseed farmer bob jobs, as an investment, not a luxury.

Try becoming a member of Roomservice2000. Many Providers will see you with  a hasselfree booking if you are a member. Odd thing though they could do the same thing such as offering home and or work phone numbers to verify that you are who you say you are.  See below related link- add to your favorites.
