I am getting ready to submit my first review and need help!

The provider has previous reviews, so do I need to fill out all the provider information again or just the details of the actual encounter?

Also I do not have her phone # as we went through the whole process without her phone #. Can I get by with just her email and website?

You can list her as "E-mail only" in the telephone # field or use the # provided already in her existing profile.

[[HINT]]: When you are filling out the fields in the profile section have a second “window” open to her existing profile so you can toggle between them for details you may be fuzzy on and/or check yourself against.

Make sure the e-mail address & URL are correct, the 'fields' are all filled in and dont leave anything out in the "Juicy Details" and we should be reading your pornographic journalism forthwith.
