Click on the button on the top of the Page that says Status: VIP member. On the page that comes up, select the iBill Request option on the left. It will bring up a web page you can cancel your subscription from.
I have sent this site email after email asking this question. I have not recieved an email from them yet! The first email I sent was about 2 weeks ago. Am I going to just have to call my card company and have them blocked? The site is great! Help from them sucks!
