In notice in looking at online malls, typically in a city where say most providers charge $300 to $350 per hour, there are one or two providers who charge much more, usually $1000 per hour.

Are these scams or for real?

What do these providers offer which would convince a customer to pay so much more than the going rate?

There are genuine providers in that price range but that doesn't mean all those you see online are.  Check the reviews to find out.

I'd also say don't spend too much time thinking about the prices (I'm not saying you have).  You know what you can afford and what you feel comfortable spending to have this sort of fun, and there lots of good ladies in most price brackets.

Don't forget, to some guys $1000 is small change.

for your money. Some high priced providers give you an experience that is something to remember, others are just over priced. Read reviews as guidance.
Lastly, do not criticize a lady's fee if that is what you were doing, you can always choose someone else. $1000/hr is scratch feed for some men and there are plenty willing to pay that and more for great experiences.

I love the look and feel of a Ferrari, but my budget does not allow me to buy one.  If I could then I would.  But I had to settle for a Mercedes.  I have owned a Toyota also.  Prices are what the market will bear for each provider. And what you can reasonably afford on this hobby.  I recently paid a little higher than the market average for a provider and I wasnt let down.  I liked her personality, her look, and her attitude.  FS was not something she offered but she was starting to work herself into it with clients she felt comfortable with.  I had a blast and the $$$ to spare so I took a chance and it paid off.  If you are worried about the $$$ then find a provider in the price range that you can afford.  My experiences have taught me that what I am paying for is the fantasy brought to life and the memories I will always have from it.  I say find a provider you can afford and go for it......

cars and what they give you are easily understandable, but that is just not so for sex.

Or, to continue the analogy, I have had one hell of a lot of fun with cars that just never cost a lot.  One of my ATFs was a Porsche 914, and if you appreciate cars, you can enjoy throwing a Geo Metro around, without changing your appreciation for a BMW.

I guess I'm just as much a slut for cars, as for women.

As you become savvy to this hobby and it's participants you'll learn of very beautiful, elegant, college educated providers who charge minimums of a $1500+ for an appointment. Whether any example of mucus membrane associated with the female reproductive system is worthy of those rates is in the eye of the consumer. Truth be known; many of these "High Dollar Hotties" as they’re referred too by a website of sycophants out of Texas in fact advertise their services on other sites/malls under other names and at "normal" prices. In business terms it's merely "label" swapping and marketing to different demographics.

Methinks someone is sore because he was banned.  The website of sycophants you refer to is merely one forum on a large and comprehensive site that is mostly geared to low-to-middle dollar providers and hobbyists.

There may be a few high-end women with multiple aliases (I can think of 4 or 5), but for most of them, you won't find them anywhere else.  The reason?  They don't want to see six clients a day.  Perhaps six clients a month.  There's a market for exclusivity.  

Value is in the eye of the beholder.  Why not do start at a moderate price range and see if say, a  2-3 hour engagement are your thing?  Then, if your appetite is not whetted, and a "high dollar" lady catches your eye, you can visit with her and see if it is to your liking.  If not, report back to us here.  To each his or her own.  One shouldn't disparage another's tastes out of sour grapes.
