UTF ?...

I was browsing through some of the reviews and I came across UTF... What does it stand for ?...
I saw the newbie acronym list and it was not there...

Hard to tell out-of-context, but...

My guess is that it's a typo, and they probably meant either UTR or ATF:

UTR - under the radar
ATF - all-time favorite

Given the position of the letter on the keyboard, probably a typo of UTR - under the radar.
