Hey all so I am new to this. I have tried contacting a few providers and its been pretty hit and miss. In fact I have only managed to get a response from one and she asked me for a reference. Of course I don't have one yet so she wasn't really interested. It seems like most of the providers require references. How does one get started with this? Are there some providers who have easier screening methods or something?

I understand and appreciate everyones need to feel safe and secure  so I not upset or anything just kind of confused on how to start. To boot I am 32 and still a virgin and am completely sick of it. When I found out about this website I was needless to say pretty excited so please if anyone has any advice on ow to make this work I would greatly appreciate it.

Do a search for this subject and you will find 3 major referral services.  The search feature is at the top right of the page.

first of all, alot of ladies will see newbies.  That my friend is what you are in the hobby.  Depending on where you live, there are regional boards.  These boards often list that they will vouch beginners.  Thats where you start.  The regional boards here can give you a start.  Look at reviews and then go to the ladies website.
Take a look at her, if you like her look and how she presents herself, email her.  Send alot of emails out.  Put yourself out there.
You may have to join a site like datecheck to be verified.  Once a lady is sure about you she will set something up with you. Good luck and good hunting.

...32 and practically a virgin...I found an agency near me that would verify my employment info in lieu of a reference, and it's been smooth sailing ever since.

I'm gonna be 31 in october and I'm researching to do this too.
