What does it mean on P411 when a provider accepts all P411 members with references (not Basic plus 2/ plus 3, which I understand means additional provider references). I am a newbie with no experience, but I have been P411 approved. Am I limited to only Newbie Friendly providers for the time being?

If the provider will see a newbie with no references. Most providers want you to at least have 1 - 2 providers. There a  few ladies who might take a chance with you being a newbie ( with no references). Some may ask for additional information. For instance, they may want to see the ID shown to P411 to that corresponds with the member number given by P411.  

For example, if my driver's license name is Nora Jean with with the last 4 digits on my license being 1234, my P411 number would most likely be Nora-01-J-1234.  

Some may ask for you to show the identification from which the P411 was generated or the may not.  

Every lady has a different way of screening. I have an assistant so I am not sure how she might hand this.

Post on your local board that you are new, P411 basic, and need help getting past the no reviews stage. You both do your due diligence and you are off and running. Just choose one at a time though (LOL).

Or spend additional time on your local ad board and find someone that is newbie friendly and interest you and do what her website ask. She will usually need her required screening information in the first email.  

For your first few times especially, see ladies that have several reviews, by persons that have done many reviews.

you will find a provider who will screen by other means.  If you are willing to give out the information i.e.  work info.  Just keep in mind to stick with well reviewed ladies, I would not give info to just anyone, find someone with many reviews and some history.  This has been discussed many times and you will find ladies who will screen you in other ways if your patient.

Yes and no. I personally only see 411 men with references.  The reference for me would either be ok's on 411 or I will accept traditional references.  Some men are 411 newbies but not complete newbies. If you are a true blue newbie and don't have a lady to speak on your behalf then the path of least resistance is to see a newbie friendly girl. If you really want to see someone in particular it doesn't hurt to try though!  Maybe she will screen you herself.  Either way there are many gorgeous newbie friendly girls. You will have fun building those references up!
