Yes many ladies want references, but how do you get references if you have none? Catch 22.
Well first of all, you are incorrect in saying, "EVERY girl asks for two references." Many do, but many have other options, such as verification sites, personal information etc. Different ladies have different methods of screening, and many ladies offer options.
As a newbie hobbyist you have several ways of getting established.
You could start by seeing some ladies who dont screen, and use them as references to see other ladies. This is not the best method and definitely not recommended for newbies. Many things could go wrong with this method, but I just threw it out there, because it definitely exists as one method to get screened and it has worked for some guys.
You can give up personal info such as your name and work information. Many ladies will screen by this method. Many people will say not to give up your personal info to a provider, but if you are talking about a reputable well reviewed lady, you are probably safe doing this. However you have to figure out what you are comfortable with.
You can join a verification site such as P411. You give them your personal information, then see providers from that site. Start with newbie friendly providers. This is probalby the best option.
Read the Self Help Manual. Also read back on this board 10 or so pages. You can gain a lot of information by doing those two things. aslo use the search feature at the top of the page to search for specific topics. for this specific question, you can search for such terms as screening, verification, and P411. set the search date range to a higher number than the standard default of 30.
