So I've lucked out so far as a newbie and managed to see a few amazing women with very light screening, usually just giving my name, TER handle, age, and sometimes ethnicity or references to other providers. I didn't give the providers a heads up that I'd use them as a ref, so maybe I need to start doing that, but it just feels so weird as I haven't been to anyone more than once. As I delve deeper into this world I see that P411 and DC are probably going to be a must at some point since I've yet to be whitelisted on here (not that I can't, I just felt awkward to ask these women to do so...but I guess that's dumb considering what we just did and how many clients they probably see haha) .

Anyways, the reason why I am so hesitant in joining either P411 or DC is the employment info check. I'm young, very social, wealthy, and really enjoy my job. I fear that giving out detailed info about my employment would derail all that (someone named "SexyDysLexi" is on line 1 for you sir?). Can any of you ladies or hobbyists either alleviate my fears or refer me to some verification service that's not so intimidating? I don't mind just continuing to give provider refs, but I guess I'd have to see someone more regularly for them to be cool with being hit up by other women?

Wish I could just show them a my bank statement instead haha (before you say it, yes I know I sounded like a tool for typing that .

Your high-profile status is really nothing new on this board.  Maybe others don't advertise it as you have, but I suspect that more than a few people here are fairly high-profile and that Google might produce quite a few hits on several individuals here (I don't know this for a fact, so please don't construe this as me being cryptic).

A few things to keep in mind:

1.  Info and screening is a strange one-way street in this hobby.  Providers will ask for our personal information but we don't get theirs.  Sorry, but that's the breaks.

2.  On the other hand, we/ciients control the flow of commerce.  We control the money.  So if we don't like a girl...doesn't matter how much she advertises, because if we decide not to spend the money, she doesn't get the business.

3.  Providers take more economic risk.  When providers secure an incall location or expend money to come out and see you, they are making an economic commitment, basically risking their resources in good faith that you will make good on your side of the transaction.  There is not a lot they can do if you don't show up or cancel at the last minute.

4.  There is always risk in providing information in this activity of ours.  It is illegal, and as with anything illegal, you need to be comfortable with the fact that at the very least, it will be a bad transaction and you wind up losing the money and at the very worst, you will get caught by law enforcement.  If you are buying cocaine from a drug dealer, you run the risk that you get bad product and you're out the money you spent on the eight ball.  Or getting caught by the cops when buying coke.

5.  You can hedge out the risk by doing your research.  If a provider has a lot of reviews, then you can probably have some assurance that she isn't going to do anything rash with your information.  You have to decide for yourself.

6.  The risk of giving your information to a third-party verification like P411 is that P411 could always get busted and your information could be obtained along with those of many others.  No way around that.  You need to get comfortable with that.

7.  If you are using providers as a reference, best to give them a heads-up.  Why would you put down someone as a reference on a job application and not give them the heads-up that someone might be calling?

8.  If you really are concerned about your status in society being outed, then I'm sure there are pockets of this hobby which are uber-discreet and underground that will cater to you.  But you will pay dearly for that kind of discretion, because the people who play in that sector aren't the ones who want to find their activities or providers talked about on TER.

Just pick providers who don't require personal info. because even with a profile on a screening site, many of us will still require additional info. Just the way it is. I only require such in my local area, but not when I visit other cities. Many ladies however, require your real name regardless of how many refs you have.

information she deems necessary to feel safe meeting with clients. Some ladies require more detailed information than others. If you aren't comfortable with a lady's requirements for screening, move on until you find someone who will see you based on the information you are willing to give.

I think it shows respect & consideration when you let a provider know that you've given her as a reference...better yet, ask her in advance if it is okay to do so because she may not want to be used as one.
Not only is this the courteous thing to do but often times, the reference you gave may not return a call which would mean YOU are out of luck.  I've called several providers for a reference only to be met with unanswered phones and full voice mail boxes. (=dead end)   Not sure about anyone else, but I don't have time to make repeated attempts.

Everyone should be on the same page so open communication is imperative...and for God's sake ladies, empty & check your voice mail frequently!

Thanks for the detailed reply, I learned alot! I think I'll still keep my training wheels on a bit longer and see what ladies are ok with seeing me without P411 or DC for a while. Worst case scenario, at least the ones I have seen so far will know me better from repeat performances haha.

If you have seen a member of either of those sited, ask if she will sponsor you for membership.  That's how I joined, and provided minimal personal info.

I gave a provider seminar and they understood how easy it is for offices to be arranged by the very people they don't want.  It will take a long time for them to figure this out.  There are more reasons.

Until, then there are plenty of hookers out there who'll take the ref of the two you've seen.
