Browsing the site here and dont see a button to have the provider vouch for me as a reference. She says she is on P411 but i couldnt find her and if she is restricted for viewing unless i have references then ill never be able to see her or contact her through it.

I want her as a reference but now im thinking that i might have problems with providers who require references but i cant give her the ref because she isnt on date-check or p411. She is on Ter though.

It's not hard to do.  Once you sign on she should be easy to find there.  Then you go to her profile and push the "Provider OK" button.  Then you wait.  There is no such button on the TER site I know of. Personally, I waited until I'd seen a provider twice before asking her.  I really liked her and didn't want to seem as if getting a recommendation was the only reason I saw her.  You need to call or e-mail her for guidance, but I'd start by asking for another session.  You then might also ask her for some recommendations for other girls she knows.  The real pros all have a network -- some of whom the do doubles with -- and are happy to share.

I notice some guys here have references from providers and agencies on their profiles so i was wondering how to do it. I think she is VIP on P411 so i cant even see her profile or name unless i have references, so its like she isnt even on there

Then you need to see other providers listed as "newbie friendly" and get references from them.  It takes a while if you wish to get two references by seeing each provider twice, but it's worth it.

Not all providers use d-c, p411 or related sites. And those that do sometimes want to directly contact someone you have seen anyway. Even without d-c, p411, ...

Provider-2 tells you she wants a reference.
You contact Provider-1 and ASK her if you can give her contact info for reference purposes.
That also reminds her of who you are in case it was a while ago. She might need reminding!
She should say yes.
You provide info to Pro-2 who will then contact Pro-1.

I know for DC it will benefit your membership as well.  
You may want to run it by the lady first.
