There was a report a while back that LE was printing the faces from the websites and using them to stake out likely outcall locations and bust the ladies.

Some top notch providers do not show their faces in their ads.  Many have profile shots done so that it is possible for a potential client to get an idea of what they look like, but the shots do not allow easy identification by someone that may know them.  You may want to look up photographers that do photo shoots for escorts, many of them will have ideas on how to mask your identity but give a potential client an idea of what they will get if they do business with you.
    One of the problems that you have with masking your face is that is the technique that a lot of ripoffs and upsellers use to get clients, with the end result being that clients regret falling for their ads.  The aforementioned providers also often do full face shots too, some have realized that potential clients are on to their no face tricks.  
    The best things that you can do if you are new to this business is have some idea of what you want out of it and have a timeline for accomplishing your goals.  Also focus on getting high quality clients and providing high quality service.  Use strong verification techniques and don't waiver on them.  Also, spend a little of what you make to maintain your looks via occasional trips to beauty spas.  If you do those things and allow reviews, you will have no need to show your face in your ads because business will constantly come your way.
