Thanks Michael, but perhaps I wasn't clear in my question. It wasn't the actual review missing, it's the name of the providers. I know of providers that appear one week, with several reviews, and then you can no longer find their name in a search the next week.  That was the essence of my question...Why is the provider's name no longer appearing here?

I personally gave some reviews to providers whose name can no longer be found anywhere.  Is it because their number is bad?  Their website is bad?  Perhaps, although I see several examples of both still being listed.  It's not because of a lack of reviews, because I see some with no reviews in a couple of years, yet some I noticed, who had recent reviews, suddenly disappeared.  That was my question and why I was so curious.
