If it is a TER review her profile will show it, but I think you have to have a membership to see it. Alot of ads, such as Eros or Cityvibe may not show it but if she shows a website you will find it there.

It seems like the process is to know right before hand. I guess, you can look at other donations and see what about market is which has worked. Or like you mentioned, ask beforehand.
Also, from what I hear; you are supposed to get the VIP service on TER (which I dont have)
...once you have it, a lot of your questions will be answered without you having to seek help. Also, you will be able to PM the reviewers of the provider(s) you're interested in and ask them anything that isn't listed.
