Sometimes the information is old and out of date. As a provider gets more popular her donation goes up. Always ask what the donation is. Sometimes it is posted as more than it really is... this is just an error. There are a lot of people on TER, and the staff can't always keep everything 100% accurate, but they try their best.
The donation listed on TER and what's on some of the provider's websites are different. For example, EE in Philly, it's consistently $300 on TER and on the agency's site it's $350. What's the deal?

Sometimes it can get corrected. Not always, but sometimes; it helps if you can provide a link to the provider's website that shows the current rate listings. TER often won't just take your word for a change -- they need some independent proof.
has been put in there more than likely, by the first person who reviewed the lady. Subsequent reviewers who change the amount, do NOT change the donation as listed on the profile - to do this, the provider herself must contact staff at TER to have the profile changed. Because of this, many listings are out of date as indicated above - always go with the donation listed on the website.
there DOES seem to be a problem (*or just a prevailing apathy*) about updating TER provider profiles.
In my specific case, I have sent several "problem reports" in but whoever is receiving or responsible for the updates seem to have a problem w/updating. (*Simply going to a providers private web site seems to be too complicated*)
So, in answer to your post and a comment along the same line: It is just as time consuming and frustrating to providers as it is to hobbyists. We do not have any ability to update our profile as it is at the sole capability of TER. As a provider, I can only send in problem reports.
......and for the record:
**My Donation is $550 for the first hour and $1K for the first 2 hours (*in DC*) and
**$350 for the first hour or $600 for the first 2 Hours (*in ATL*)
~I do have a 2 hour minimum but I am not presently accepting any new clients in either city~
so..... for my profile on TER to state my donation is $550 for the first hour or $600 for the first two hours ....doesn't really portray a correct listing.
Thanks for bringing this to public discussion. Kisses ~T
