I'd like to ask a question for all you experienced hobbiests/providers.

If a client sees a provider regularly, is it possible to arrange for advanced donation to reduce the risk of being busted? For example, if usually $$$/hr and client brings 600, or they use online service like P4YP4L to take care of donations in advance. Now the next time he goes to appointment without any money on him, and LE shows up during the session. Is either the client or the provider or both at risk of being cited/arrested? There is literally no money or drugs anywhere.

Is the above feasible? Of course the client must trust the provider. And bookkeeping is a problem if too many clients start doing that.

Um, if you are seeing a provider on a regular basis why would you be afraid of LE showing up? How would LE show up during the session? Unless they break down the down I don't see how they would do that and being busted for prostitution isn't even a felony so they wouldn't break the door down. There are many scams going on where a "provider" asks for a donation before the sesssion and it's almost always a scam unless she is very well reviewed. You seem to be overly afraid and a little paranoid. Have you been in trouble before?  Have you been hobbying? To answer your question about the LE showing up during the session, you could be a civvy date. There would be no proof of any illegal activities going on.

I very seriously doubt that anybody (Of course someone is going to come out and say I am wrong), has been busted with a provider that they have seen before.

Who is going to be calling LE to bring them there?  And when they arrive, how are they going to get into the room?  If they do happen to get into the room, how are they going to prove anything beyond two horny adults having a tryst, because both people are certainly not going to say anything.

So Bottom line, worrying about LE with someone who have seen before is probably the least of one's worries...

As others have said, you probably don't have to worry about being busted, but if you can afford to pay in advance, you might be able to get a discount.

I have one provider that I pay for 3 sessions at a time, and she charges me less.

The fact that you are walking around with large amounts of money means nothing if you are not caught in the act of soliciting services. Let's look ar a scenario. Say that the police have busted several women at the hotel that you will visit during the day and each of them were arrested for prostitution. You finally walk in with a packed wallet. Even if they stopped you and found the moeny on you, they will have no idea of what you planned to do with it, if anything. They may guess and try to pry it out of you, but you do not have to answer any questions and should simply walk away. Speculation on their part would be worthless in court without them getting you in a net, heck, you could have been going in to buy drugs, or play in a high stakes poker or dice game, or to a lavish dinner where you planed to buy the most expensive appetizers, entrees and liquor, no one but you knows, unless you volunteer incriminating information out of panic.
Now, if you pay up front and the lady is busted, you should have reason for concern and hope that she does not talk and had covered the money trail back to you.
