I'm sure this is explained somewhere, but I haven't found an answer in any of the newbie posts.

I have been interested in a DC-area provider for a while now, and remember that she had a LOT of very good reviews. However, now when I search for her, she is not listed. She is still working, according to her website, which is updated at least once a week. So I am a little confused.

Is there a good explanation why a provider with a lot of positive reviews would just disappear from the TER database?

Try doing a search with the "Exclude Bad Websites" option set to "no" or searching by the contact information shown on the lady's website(email addy, phone number) instead of by name. If someone reported a bad website address for some reason that will help.

Or it's possible that for whatever reason the lady requested that her reviews be removed. TER will also pull a lady's reviews if they are found self reviewing, but if this is an established person i can't see it being the case.

I guess it is possible that she asked for her reviews to be removed, but I don't know why that would be.

Any suggestions? She came across very well in the reviews, but now I am not sure.
