I am just trying to take a stab at this..... (*because the question was a bit confusing to me, sorry*)

When searching reviews you can search by email address, there isn't actually a place for an ad link or ad site but you should have the email address or phone number as those are usually the two ways in which a hobbyist contacts a provider.

In regards to the EROS direct link, most of those will have the email address or a phone number. By utilizing one of the two you should be able to do a review search.
