How about some specific guidelines to achieve the best results

Some good general guidelines (ladies feel free to correct me if I'm wrong):

1.  Avoid diving straight to the clitoris.. work your way there.. more exciting for the woman that way.

2.  Some women are too sensitive for direct clitoral stimulation; if your woman is too sensitive for it, spend your time on and around the hood instead.

3.  If she'll let you, a finger or two inside tends to help things along (pay attention to your fingernail hygiene!).

4.  Exercise many different kinds of stimulation; don't just do one kind of rubbing and leave it at that.  It's like your skin - you rub one position too long and it goes numb.

5.  A tongue in the opening is always nice  Combine that with clitoral stimulation and I've found most women really enjoy the combination.

Finally.. you'll just have to resign yourself to the fact that some women just don't get off on DATY.. it just isn't a turn on for them.  I don't specifically know any providers for whom that is true, but I imagine there are some.
