This has been discussed on various boards repeatedly.  Check for prior threads.  The bottom line is that virtually any sexual activity has some risks, which can be mitigated (e.g., by use of barriers) but never entirely eliminated.  In terms of HIV, DATY is probably the least risky sexual behavior other than mutual masturbation, according to CDC data.  But there are other STDs, and thus other potential risks.

Hello
I am relative new to the hobby and was wondering what peoples thoughts are on DATY with providers. In my personal relationships i love to perform it. I genuinely just love it! It brings me great pleasure ( and i have told by partners that it does to them too).
However i have yet to DATY with providers....I think its a because of worrying about STD's or something worse.

Anybody else feel like this?

Most hobbyists enjoy it and will do it with a provider.  And obviously that's great news for those of us who love being on the receiving end :)

As a seasoned hobbyist, more often than not I do NOT partake in DATY. If Carrie lived in New York, however, I might make it a point to dine at her Y :)
