So why do I have a red dot on the mighty are with the three little bars up in the right-hand corner I will push on it it has the red. Like it does next to my messages I'll push on that and then it shows me about a girl named Desiree or something it doesn't have anything else I don't know why it's showing me read. There or what it's for when it has the Red Dot on messages that means I have a message I get that which I don't get well why even shows me that because I can't look at my messages unless my VIP member so I'm just really confused on having the membership in the first place that's not VIP because you can't look at your messages or really do anything with it

Yes. A red dot with a number in it on "Messages" means that you have that many unread messages. Without VIP (or limited VIP for Providers) you can ONLY read messages from TER. You might also have seen a red dot with a number on the "Feedback" tab. Once again, it means you have that many unread feedbacks to your "Contact Us" or problem reports to TER. Since those are only from TER, they should be readable.

You should consider paying for VIP, ~$30 /month, for a little while. Once you qualify for free limited Provider VIP you will have PM for free.

The continued appearance of a notification about unread messages is supposed to elevate your interest enough to pay for some VIP. If it annoys you, just ignore it.
