Recording encounter with escort = legal?

From what I heard, paying someone to suck your dink and fuck you, while you record them, is not illegal.

is this true? Wouldnt everyone just bring their cellphone to record the encounter and escape LEO?

Does one also have to make it clear to the escort that they are gonna be filming them too, for a "porno", so LEO cannot possibly find a loophole?

thoughts? opinions? I live in NJ btw

If you are planning to record someone being intimate with you, whether companion or civvie, I would hope that you'd inform them.

In regards to your question, the answer is no.

...There are all sorts of regulations, licences, and what have you to be legit in porn. Your scenerio doesn't fit the bill. I'll add don't be the creep that tries to film without the lady's knowledge.

  Let's refresh:  If LEO is your mystery date, you will be arrested.  And it would be absurd to claim that you're "making a porn film", just because you've got an iPhone with a built-in camera.  A cop would smile at that while cuffing you.  LEO has reasonable cause to arrest you, and they will.  

 At trial, (if you're stupid enough to represent yourself) you *could* try to mount a surreal first amendment defense, but you'd  have to provide some credible evidence that you have an existing business creating and distributing porn.  You could present your iPhone as Exhibit A, then rest your case.  I'm sure that will impress the judge.  If you do get arrested, I hope you're smart enough to STFU & get a lawyer who knows what he's doing.  --z

 Your dedication to indie film is commendable.  But given the scenario, someone in the room is either LE or working on behalf of LE.  You may think you're going to see Sasha Grey, but you've actually got a date with your local PD's version of Scully.  I don't think this date has a happy ending.  --

Aside from what others have already mentioned, if you find yourself in a room with a provider there's no point recording the session to "escape" LE because you already have. She's not LE. You're good.  

If she's LE then it's already too late to try and gimmick your way out of it. Remember, they already have enough of a case against you to make an arrest. Anything that happens after you enter the room is just strengthening their case.

A few years back, someone posted a delusional scheme for getting out of a sting: he'd arrive at the session with a pizza.   If he walked into a sting, he'd tell Five-0 that he was just delivering a Pepperoni pie. If the provider was legit, then they could have a sex + pizza party.   Some rude posters popped his balloon by noting Five-0 could easily check & debunk his fake story.  Which would only piss off the cops & (later on) anger a judge.  As if you weren't in enough trouble already.  --z
