There's quite a few around and most are accepted. I've actually just gone and went through Room Service 200's verification process myself. They let providers know that you are who you say you are, and providers will most likely see you if you're verified.
Other way to get references is obviously to see girls and check with them if they're okay with the idea. If they are then you're free to use them as a reference if required by another provider.
I only partake about once a year or so...The problem is that the girls I have been with are usually gone for the next time I want to play. I need to know, is there some provider out there that can help me with this?

indicate if they are newbie friendly. Gina, the site owner, is pretty good about working with those in your situation to get you verified on P411. After you see someone ask if they would give you a reference (whitelist) here, or vouch for you on one or more of the dating sites, if you join more than one.
