The hardest thing for you to do is probably determine a "fair rate" for your time. This is basic economics--supply & demand. These ladies can help you with this and other questions such as screening, etc.

You sound alot like me. I live in a relatively small city, or big town. I am 32 years old, college educated, and discovered the joys of this business only recently. I've learned alot from TER, and from talking to alot of people. I'm still learning, but I have picked up quite a few hints and tips along the way that I'd love to share with you.
