Another site that I frequent seems to be down, but I am not sure if it isn't just my own problem.  I have no one else to ask, but the folks in the hobby.

Some sites discourage discussions regarding their competitors.  Is there any such policy here?

It's not.  It's UG,  I won't go into more detail without an ok from TER staff.

Yeah it seems that the boys over there just can't keep it up.
