I've been to a few AMP's.  Some take care of the payment on arrival, which is fine.  But then some tell you how much of a tip they expect when it comes to the point in time for extras.  

What is standard for a HJ?  $40?
How many AMPs have CBJ on the menu?

I just don't want to be foolish in these negotiations at new places.  Thanks!

is "standard" at an AMP. Things are generally negotiated, and 2 guys seeing the same girl the same day at the same place may get different prices and services. I've been to many AMPs in many cities, and unless you're in dire need of a massage, I'g go elsewhere for sex. Haggling sucks, dealing with "Mamason" sucks, the lack of consistency sucks, the language barrier sucks, and on, and on. They also get BUSTED more often than FS agencies in general. I'd avoid, and use a Top Notch agency, or well reviewed Indy.

These are the going rate at the ones that I have been to. HJ 40-60, BJ 80-100, FS 100-120.
