How do you initiate extra services when at a AMP?  Do you do it before they start or during?

I usually hide $ under the pillow, towel, etc.  When and if they ask, "what you like?", just lift up the pillow.  They get the message....

In my experience:

1)When they ask if you've been here before always say yes.  Say its been a while and you cant remember girls name when they ask who you were been with.

2) Have some money out like previous poster said, either close at hand or maybe sitting out in on table where she can notice it,  etc..

3) Dont ask if you can touch - this puts them in an awkward position.  Rather just touch. Start off small - while she is starting massage on of your shoulders reach over and run a hand up her calf.  If she doesn't object you're probably golden.  Maybe move up to second base.  This will illicit the all too familiar "What you want" question.

If you get a massues that is wearing pants and you cant get to her calf I would be careful. Usually full service providers have clothes that allow for quick and easy access (skirts, halter tops, etc..). If chick is wearing pants you may have walked into a legit theraputic establishment.
