(Searched for answers beforehand, couldn't seem to find any hits)

I'll be traveling out of town soon, and will be meeting a very well-reviewed provider for an extended dinner date.  What's the best way to handle giving her the donation?  I don't see anything on her website for this.  From everything I've read it's best to handle it as early in the date as possible.  Since the dinner will be first, I don't want to leave it in my hotel room.

Is there any generally-accepted way to give it to her during the dinner?  This is more of a GFE-style provider, and handing her an envelope over the appetizer seems like it'd be awkward.

putting it a colorful greeting card-- you can hand it to her over cocktails and say "Happy Birthday!" No one will know its anything more than a card.

A quiet lobby of a nearby building for example.

I like to bring along a small gift, maybe some candles and a nice bottle of massage oil. You can put it in a gift bag with a bow on it, and include a card in the bag.

While a greeting card is a nice touch, with a larger donation they can start to look a little bulky.

Bonus points if the gift bag/box also has a gift in it. Hehe.

I wanted to point this out because it can really piss people off.  Hijackers can be self serving asses that don't even realize or care what they are doing to legitimate posts.  I was just trying to have fun but figured I would point this out.
