This implies that she will not require tipping.

Just like someone said above, it doesn't tell you what services are required.

Some girls will say this to lure you in.  And after they take your money, they'll tell you that they just do massage and maybe a hand job.

If a chick only offers outcall and tells you that, she probably has a driver and will more than likely rip you off, unless she's someone who has great reviews here.   And if you go to a motel to meet a girl and she's told you that she's all inclusive, it's also probably a ripoff.   It's always best to use the women here with the good reviews.   You can take a chance and strike gold, but there are a lot of thieves out there.   Good luck
