Real simple.

You got 15 days for each of your 2 reviews.  Unless you start paying for VIP, writing more reviews, or submit problem reports, when the 30 days are up, you lose VIP.  You have the 3 aforementioned ways to regain it.

if your vip ran out yet you paid for it and know you should have it then

try logging out and logging back in.  

Also keep in mind the vip you get from writing reviews isn't forever.  15 days each.

Go to account mgr and scroll down and you will see just how many days you have remaining. eom
