Sorry for this obvious question but how do I review a provider who already has existing reviews on the system.  Every time I try to post a review it makes me re-enter all the providers information like its a brand new review.

Am I missing something??

However, even though you fill in all the provider's info, it will not change her profile.  It's just TER's way of making us do reviews.  If you have her ID number and/or her site handle entered correctly, admin will add your review to her profile when it gets approved.
