Get your VIP membership, without it you cannot read the good stuff in reviews. Search the SD regional ad board for Latina providers.  Keep in mind that as a newbie, you will probably have to give up some personal information since you have no references yet.  Look for newbie friendly providers.  You might get away with posting what you are looking for on the SD board, but it might get moved to the ISO board.  

You can look for providers anywhere, but do the research, check for reviews, verify the pics, check the phone number.  There are review sites besides this one, but I can't name them per TER rules.  You want well-reviewed providers who are reviewed by established reviewers.  The self help center has good tips on how to contact providers, if you haven't read it, do so ASAP.
