I am sort of new to this and I am kind of nervious if the provider I am talking to is a cop or not. Fyi, I am in Dallas and  I am wondering if anyone knows what I need to do to make sure I do not end up in a big house tonight?

VIP to read the juicy details.  Provider profiles are established by the first reviewer and may be somewhat out-of-date.  Do your homework.

Only see well reviewed ladies (at least 4 or 5 reviews) from established reviewers (multiple reviews over time).

Use provider with good reviews and who is active on the boards.  Go to the reviews at top of the page and do a search with Dallas as the city.

tjdnf, as the others have said, multiple reviews are key. And probably just as important, who did the reviews? Because law enforcement officers can post reviews just as easily as you or I. Look for veteran hobbyists and make sure they have reviewed the provider recently. Recently is important. Things change.

Another thought is the donation. This is what makes the whole thing illegal after all (at least in U.S.). Ideally the donation should not need to be discussed at all. In my encounters it's never been mentioned, ever. I know what the rate is from the girl's web site, I follow the instructions she has posted for the leaving of the donation (ie; put it in a white envelope, leave it in the bathroom, etc.). So I walk into the womans motel room, ask to use the bathroom, leave the envelope there and go back out and have fun. When I leave the envelope is still there, untouched. When she does open it she finds more than her rate.

LE is not going to want to do it this way. They will want to talk about the money, have a clear exchange of money, and best of all negotiate certain amounts of money for certain acts. That pretty much seals it up that you are paying for sex.

I've often thought that if a provider and the hobbyist could trust each other then the transfer of the donation could be completely decoupled from the physical encounter. What if you met her for a quick coffee a week prior and gave her the donation then? A week later you show up at her motel and have sex with her. It starts to become blurry whether you paid her to have sex with you or paid her to have coffee with you. Just a random thought, won't help you in the world we actually live in.

Do your homework, if something doesn't feel right then pass. Don't rush in too fast. On the other hand you could do everything perfectly and still get busted. You could also be killed driving to work tomorrow.

Have fun,

Astucious

It's probably not a good sign.

But sticking with well reviewed Ter providers that screen well is usually the best way to go.

As the rest have said, stick with well reviewed ladies and you shouldn't have to worry about a decoy type sting.  However, be keenly aware of your surroundings when you approach an incall and listen to your gut if you spot something suspicious.

If you do get popped, give them your name and then keep absolutely quiet other than a request for a lawyer.

Good luck
