A little advice please

Is it acceptable or even advisable to inform the provider during the initial contact that this is your first time. Or would I be setting myself up to be taken advantage?

It depends on if it's your first time with a provider or your first time period. ;)

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Well, the first thing you should do, being a newbie, is to choose a very well-reviewed provider who has reviews that mention GFE.  This will ensure that she's interested in making the session comfortable for all of her clients and that she'll be more than happy to accomodate a first-timer.  If you choose wisely, then you should absolutely mention that this is your first time.  It will help explain the nerves and anything else that might not work as well because you are nervous.

Good luck,

If you make a good provider selection to start there is little chance that you will be taken advantage of. Buy a VIP membership if you have not already, use reviews to avoid shady dealers and you will do fine.

she'll probably deduct it's your first time anyway.

'Gothicman' speaks the truth. A VIP, a provider with a review history both wide AND deep; you'll be in good hands.
