how do i develop my profile?

i registered for a free basic membership.  but i see that other providers have well-developed profiles with all of their information.  i have gone through every part of this site extensively, but i am unable to figure out how to develop my profile so that it reflects more information about me than just my name.  i even checked out the VIP section, but it only lists benefits for hobbyists and reviewers.  do i need a VIP membership to add information about myself?  or is there a link on my account manager that will allow me to do it?

For this to happen, you might need to have two different TER members write up a review of you.  Recent TER policy is for reviews of an unreviewed provider to be held up until a second review is submitted.  It would help a lot if those reviewers themselves have a review history.

This is all to make it harder for the unscrupulous to self review.

If you have any regulars who have already published reviews on here, see if you can persuade them to review you as well.

The first person to review you will establish your profile.

If you do not know any TER members, talk to your regulars and persuade them to become members.

Aha! This was a question for me as well. I couldn't figure out how to link to reviews but in this instance duh I don't have one. A hobbyist said I should supply links but inks to what. I thought I just had to pay for a membership too. Thanx again. Hopefully I will get a review soon:)
