You won't have a profile on here until one of your clients writes a review of you.  You can post an ad once every 7 days on the regional board nearest you.  Read the Newbie manual, click the button at the top of this forum, so you can learn the rules for posting to threads and ads.

Ok can anyone help me I'm a provider and I still can't figure out how to get listed on this site...... I already emailed the support help twice in the past month so if anyone has any answers for me that would be great.

You also need to put a link on you first page of your site, linking back to TER.

And maybe get rid of some of those "BP" stars in your subject line. It looks kinda cheap.
