When you first arrive you discreetly place the donation somewhere in plain sight without making a big deal about it.  I'm not certain what you mean by tip and giving them something after.

How much should you tip a provider and when do you give them the tip? upfront or after?

They might get half the gift if that.  If it's a well reviewed lady I'd just put it in the envelope.  You can always choose to put it on the bathroom counter.

Why should agency girls be tipped? Its their choice to work with an agency, and in doing so, give up a portion of their donation. If they want to earn more money, they can always go independent.

By choosing an agency she doesn't have to pay for advertising, often agencies pay for photo shoots, nor does she have to do her own screening, handle her own bookings and correspondence, and if her agency sends her on tours, they usually pay the cost of her travel. Agency ladies get their money's worth out of the portion of the donation kept by the agency.

Finally, even after the agency takes their cut, she is still earning a much higher hourly rate than many occupations where tipping is not expected.

When I first started hobbying I was a big penny pincher. But soon afterward, after a convo with a provider I've grown to be friends with told me, "We give better sessions to clients who have the bigger pockets"  

I don't hobby nearly as much as I used to when I first started, because I tend to wait for the best of the best providers, and shell out what I would give 7 providers on just that one.....and those sessions are more better.

But to answer your question tipping is nice, if the provider put on a good performance.
