I called a girl this month who was not reviewed here but looked like a 10 on eros....when she showed up she was no where close to a 10 and not close to the pics on her ad...she than spent 10 minutes trying to upsell me from 300-600 dollars..i ended up paying and not being very happy, should i have just told her to leave

and by giving in to these B&S and upsell artists by continuing on with the appointment keeps these scammers in business!!!!!

known as a bait & switch.  "B&S"...  then she did an "Upsell" on you.  So you got dounle scammed.   The whole point of reviews and other research is to avoid scams...  there are way too many to list, though it might be interesting for the vetrans to give it a try.  Paying for bad behavior just encourages the scammer to try it on the next guy.   Not accepting an upsell or refusing paying & asking her to leave are all legit on a scam, if you think you can do it safely.  
This is why it is recommended that Newbies (and vetrans who wish to reduce risks) stick to well reviewed providers.

many time here..especially for you (or any guy that is just starting out) to NOT see a lady that is not well reviewed.  

We all started out where you are...but many have learned quickly to understand the rules of this game.  And you have all the tools right here (read and reread the newbie manual)..and as many others have said read these pages and when you can answer each situation without hesitation, then you are better prepared to play this game.

Once you have done your homework here...you will have the answer to your own question.  Until then...better to stay on the sidelines.

As soon as you saw she was not up to snuff you should have ended the session  before it began.  Letting her upsell you just compounded it.  Probably you're so new to this you didn't have the self confidence to just ask her to leave, or at least to say "no" to the upsell.  Live and learn.  Remember the old saying, "Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on me."

You should write a review so as to forewarn others.

Did she have reviews on TER already, and did any of those forewarn of her actions?

it was her and the photos were old, maybe she gained 25 pounds, then you could have sent her on her way as well.  Good providers market themselves accurately.  Another benefit of TER membership and reading the details in the reviews.

she was 6 inches taller than the girls in the pics and average looks at best...was not the picture at all
