If the provider doesn't want her phone number listed (sometimes they prefer initial contact via their website, PM or email), I was told to use the areacode + 555-1212. TER won't flag it as an error and you can protect the provider's privacy.
All the secondary contact info is option and can be left blank, the form is a little misleading with the asterisk. I'm use to that meaning it was required a field (when in doubt RTFM).
there could be a glitch on your end or TERs. try shutting down your machine and doing a cold restart. if that doesn't help get in touch with TER support.
Sometimes it's something wrong with the way you filled in one of the boxes. If you don't put in info because you don't have it, the boxes still need to be filled with a TER acceptable filler. To avoid the filled boxes mistakes I print out her profile (if she already has one) and copy everything exact such as web-sites and ph #s . For ph #s you can't just put n/a but have to say e-mail only and for second # you can put none.
I found the review form a little confusing as well. It did finally accept my review. However, I could not find where to put the providers TER ID#. I want to be sure she gets the proper credit.
It would be great if you could type in their TER ID and have all the fields auto fill, especially, I haven't ever found a case where their profile gets updated. Once TER figures out if the provider was previously reviewed, they only add in the text info. I understand that providers can manually request updates to the profile if some of the services info is incorrect, and you can't figure out the current donation, lots of times it's an old amount.
The latest thing that I discovered is if the provider is only listed on a competitor's website, you can't review them here.
One of my ATF advertises on HX and I can't review her here.
