Isn't there an oil boom in Williston?  Those roustabouts are making so much money the you should be beating them away with a stick.  Anyhoo, look for the Regional Ad Boards - you can advertise once every 7 days on the nearest board, which may be Minnesota for you.  You can also try the "Other Cities" board but there isn't much action there.

You can also participate in the Minnesota discussion board as well as the General board and others you find interesting so guys can get a feel for who you are.

For ND, it's probably the "Other Cities" board.

This really isn't a chat board, although the site does have a chat room available, see button at the top of the page.  Suggest you read the self help center, link under the life preserver also the top of this page.  Since Minnesota seems to be the closest regional board to you, start being active there and post ads on the MN ad board.  Ask your clients if they are members here, and if they are, then ask if they would write you a review.  You are kinda in a hobby 'no-man's-land' I think, but it doesn't mean you can't be successful there.

You could post on the ISO board asking if there are any members near you.  Just don't offer free or reduced rates for a review, that will get you booted off the site.  Say you are just looking for local members near your location.
