First tip is to ask some of the other girls on this site.  They are great and helpful.

Many girls get started with an agency for a while where they can get some reviews and experience, but it is not always a great experience.

Best way to screen is for you to get 3 or so names of well reviewed other providers that have seen a guy and then email them to ask if the guy is safe.

You can also get referrals from friends in the industry that you trust

If they want to screen you, easiest is to use references from provider friends.  Second way is to use clients who are well established on TER who are happy for you to use them as a reference.

established providers who have offered to mentor new providers on screening.  This is a public forum...  bad clients & LE can read it...  best done by phone or PM or email.  

I know when I was first starting, my first success was with a gal (I still see her when I'm in her area) who wanted my home landline...  NOT TO EVER CALL...  but she used a reverse phone look up to verify information I gave her.  It went off without a hitch & the rest is history.
