Here's an idea. Just sign up for another username that you want.

KIDDING..do not do that, or you will get banned for multiple accounts.

JUST be patient..they will get to you.

Is there a way to have your username changed? I just joined ths community and want a username that friends from other review sites will recognize when they join here.

Click on "contact us" in the upper right.  They changed my handle early on in my membership.  Your name is not linked to a profile, so now would be the time to do it.  They have been slow to respond lately; don't be surprised if it takes more than several days.

TER tracks ip addresses.  Don't know if that would prevent you from just registering again under a different handle.  If they take more than several days to respond, you might try that.

TER will be happy to change your name if you hit contact us & explain the situation. It may take a few days however.  Weekends can be slow.

I did contact them... no word yet. I just want my name to be the same everywhere I advertise so it will be easier to be recognized. I am a BBW and proud of it. lol
