There is definately a lot of questions about this topic but very few answers.  All the data says its risky but who knows?  Without any fellow mogers telling there experiances all you have to go buy is CDC info and in my opinion the government loves scare tactics.  I posted a couple days back asking for anyones personal experiences and only got a few replies.  Your probably better off being safe than sorry.  I too have a SO and if I came home with herpes my life would be over as I know it.

I think only 10% of providers even offer bbbj.  I think cbj is the norm nowdays

I would add to my previous post that I am even more certain than ever that I am far less likely to catch anything from a well-reviewed, experienced pro than from the cute little civie you may run into in a bar or at work. A fave of mine recently completed her usual testing for every disease that you could catch from another person. As usual, she is negative for absolutely everything. Yes, dammit, I have seen her results with my own eyes. Stop believing all of the bs you hear in the MSM. I firmly believe that I am less likely to catch something from a pro.
