A lady should not have a location where you'll need to id yourself to front desk or doorman.  You sometimes need brass balls.  She should give you directions on how to get in or in somecases meet you in the lobby or open a door for you.  She will give you directions from there.  If she does not, then ASK rather than stumbling around.
"Through the lobby, elevator on your left..."  takes just a second but greatly smooths your entry.
I do try to keep location awareness & often park away from the entrance.  (Hint: arrive no more than a minute in advance, make the call & get out of the car.  If you arrive early, as I often do, to be sure of the location...  back track to that coffee shop where you'll not attract attention.)  Even with my cane, I find it easy to do DOWN a stair...  so I can exit through the end of the hall stairwell & through the outside door, avoiding the lobby & front door.  If I need to walk from one wing to another, I do that on a room floor.

How do I gain access to the providers room past front door staff???

This post should help you get started.

If you are a gent, its called "The Provider Board" for a reason.  Hobbyists are not allowed on the provider board and ladies are not allowed to give hobbyists access.

Here is what I believe you are asking.

You made an appointment with the provider of your dreams, you got the hotel name from her in correspondence. You either know the hotel has a Doorman or Doormen, or you arrive at the specified time and encounter a Doorman or Doormen. If this is the scenario then what I do is walk right by and say "Good Afternoon" as they open the door for me. Then when I leave I use a different door.

there are ladies who do incall at doorman staffed buildings.  These ladies already have tipped the doorman to let the guys up or the doorman may already be aware of what is going on or the ladies may said that they conduct a business from the apartment.  Just be courteous and act with authority.  Don't act like there is anything illegal going on.  Just have some balls. LOL

You should already have her room # from the second call.  Just walk through the lobby, and ignore the front desk.  If you are nervous about appearing clueless when doing so, then ask the lady where the elevators are relative to the lobby when getting the room #.  If there are issues with gaining access to her room, most ladies will know that, and will tell you what to do...
