I would think incall would be more likely as the LE could stake out the place and arrest many.
Outcall to your place the LE could only bust you.
LE relies on catching many to make the local headlines and lately the national headlines.
This is just my thought as I have no numbers to back it up.
For a first time meeting an incall is safer for the provider. Like a first date in the civvie world, it safer for her to be in a public place. Conversly a incall at her residence or another residence is risky because you never know who is behind the door. An outcall to a hotel you select is probably the best way to go. She can stake out the place in advance
Incall: Means her place
Outcall: Means his place or a hotel.

That way LE can set up in an adjacent room and not haved to worry that they will encounter an unknown and possible armed and dangerous individual.
However, nothing is ever certain, and in any case, if a provider is only providing incall and you want to see he badly enough, you will be doing incall; I assure you.
There have been reports of stings involving outcalls, so just be sure that the provider you see is someone you feel confident in.
There are arguments pro and con for both incall and outcall. So, imho, it's kind of a tossup. Some of us can only do incall, like me, which makes the question a moot point. Some guys only feel comfortable with outcall.
Bottom line is, you should do whatever you personally feel more comfortable with. The risks are there no matter which you do. BUT! do your research first regardless of which you choose. It you stick with well-reviewed providers, the chances of you and her getting busted are pretty slim.

Well reviewed providers are as safe as possible to invite to your location... picking random girls off a cheap site, will never be "safe". In my opinion, out-calls are more risky for providers as Police stings like to control the environment, set the room up in advance.
Motels... where an individual room can be observed... are the most risky in my opinion.

I like to use my incall hotel when it presents itself. I have gone to outcall on occasion. Seems funny to say but most of my out call visits have been to ladies residences. Its a pretty safe bet that LE isn't going to get you at her residence...Stay away from Craigslist or backpage unless you have seen her reviewed here. Check her website if she has one. A few will tell you that they have an incall at home or will set one up for an additional fee. Hope this helps. By the way LE is not going to follow providers to catch you only. They do this stuff to look good in the public eye.... this falls way below murder and drug dealers in my area
Out call is probably safer as LE tends to try and operate on their home turf. Never say never however. There was a recent large scale bust in Boston where LE was calling providers to come to a downtown hotel and busting them when they showed up.
Location is important but secondary to doing your research and to a provider doing good screening.
For a provider the opposite is true.
It is just one of the reasons that many providers won't provide outcalls to anywhere but "upscale" hotels. The theory is LE is too cheap to spring for too much money.
While outcall is not without risks (nothing is 100%) LE likes to control the environment. It is very unlikely that they would send a female officer in alone into an unknown environment simply to make an arrest for solicitation
One thing to keep in mind however is that the same rules apply in reverse to the provider, she may be leery of walking in to an environment that is more condusive to an LE sting.
personally speaking from experience I always feel safer doing outcalls. Because when you do incalls and there's alot of traffic at the incall there is always the unwanted risk of the wrong people visiting next....understand?? The people you NEVER want to be in trouble with. i think i might be over-thinking this.. especially since i read all the stuff on the "legal corner" and being a newbie, i just dont want my first time to be me and LE looking at each other. I have done the research just need the balls to pull the trigger..

I crack up when I see folks who think someone watching the room all day is going on around the country. That's a lot of man hours to afford to watch folks knock on the door and nothing else. You pretty much have to be caught in the act.
